Happy Human Rights Day, Everyone!

Happy Human Rights Day, everyone!

Now, not to kill anyone’s buzz, or in anyway diminish any of the accomplishments made this year, yet for the sake of retaining perspective, I’d like to share a little advice.

In this great year, we have have all gained significant ground, all cross the world, and our voices have been heard. Those who didn’t even realise they’d had a tongue, when put to the task, rose to it, and preached from the pulpits, the squares, and anywhere and everywhere a hungry heart would lend an ear. And needless, it’s been working. But let us be careful not to call our victories our victories, just yet.

For as I see it, we are still a naive herd, and many of us have still yet to distinguish independence from captivity. Vide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4drucg1A6Xk

Just when you think you’ve finally gained control *wham!* It hits you that someone else has been pulling your strings, leading you on, all along.

We are right in the middle of a fire. A fire that is still growing; with great heat, and greater intensity. There will be casualties. There already have been, all across the world, so far. Yet when the real revolution comes — after years of bitter, bloody battle — all the dust will settle in a predetermined order, and we’ll convince ourselves that we’ve finally taken control. It will be an illusion, of course. Don’t buy into it. Simulated chaos always appears that way, while never ceasing to accomplish a predetermined design.

Make no mistake, if either side RED (Fox News) or BLUE (MSNBC) is saying it loud enough, it’s probably the wrong voice to hearken to. I realise what I am ultimately saying is a request of you all. Of diligence. Of endurance. That you will not lie down, even as you are over-fatigued. But the fact is, our enemies never have to sweat one bead of their brow. They get to stay cool and temperature controlled boxes fifty stories above. They have nothing to lose, while we have everything. Not that we haven’t already. But we cannot let that get us down. For remember what the famous, fictitious anarchist, Tyler Durden, once said: “It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.”

At any rate I do have one last bit of advice for you all, and that is this: As the days grow darker — and they will — remember to follow your true heart, and not the clever rationality of your mind. This will take a patient devotion bordering on religiousness that will either make or brake you. Try to bear it as long as you can?

That said, I reiterate my wish to you all. Have a Happy Human Rights Day! And may peace and prosperity find us in the coming years — praying that we do not leave something important in the exchange!
